Demi Lovato is celebrating a major personal milestone of six years of sobriety without drugs and alcohol. The “Tell Me You Love Me” singer yesterday took to Twitter to share the good news, saying she’s grateful for another year of “joy, health and happiness.” The pop star has been very open and vocal about her struggles with addiction and her treatment for bipolar disorder, bulimia, self-harm and substance abuse. She ended her tweet with the encouraging words, “It IS possible.”
